Reservations
Application
Reservations for Casa Bellavia are by application only. Just as you would like to know that the place you're staying is secure and legitimate, we would also like to know that you are the right match for the property. (ie Bachelor parties need not apply.)
Payment Terms
- 50% payment due within 3 days of reservation
- 50% due 30 days prior to arrival
- 3% credit card processing fee
Security Deposit
- A $2,000 security deposit is required for all reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Payments are 100% refundable until 30 days prior to arrival. NO refunds within 30 days of arrival.
